The Position
The Senior Recruiter will provide both a hands-on approach and strategic approach to growing and evolving best practices throughout the organization to acquire best fit, top talent.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic recruitment by filling and pipelining management positions for our stores and corporate
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of recruiting and related TA performance, regularly communicating activity and results to managers and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
- Act as a proactive advisor and trainer to all hiring managers, to ensure that best practices for identifying, sourcing, interviewing, recruiting, and hiring of the best qualified candidates are achieved for all open positions
- Develop and nurture effective working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the organization, understanding needs and providing consultation on talent acquisition strategies
- Responsible for the management of the recruitment life cycle process from sourcing strategy through final selection of candidates, working as a liaison between hiring managers, HR and candidates
- Collaborate with Senior Manager, TA to assure the attraction of best fit candidates.
- Identify pre-employment assessments to assist with filtering and identification to achieve best in class talent and teams.
- Develop strong vendor relationships with ATS and other technology providers
- Manage best in class practices around executive recruiting
- Leverage social media recruitment efforts in collaboration with 99’s Marketing team to effectively and efficiently brand 99 careers over multi-platform efforts
Skills and Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in HR/Recruiting
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment and agency is highly desired
- Advanced working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, Social media platforms
