Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Support Partner

About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Support Partner at 99 Cents Only Stores LLC, you will be responsible for recruitment and staffing programs across the business by completing the following duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Manager to ensure that all staffing requirements are fulfilled
- Responding to staffing challenges by offering best practice solutions to Hiring Managers
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system, careers website, external job boards etc.,
- Work close with vendors in recruiting temporary staff
- Own new hire orientation and onboarding
- Own college recruiting program
- Monitoring end-to-end recruiting and hiring practices to ensure the company is in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
- Running and maintaining recruitment reporting/dashboards and striving to meet department KPIs
- Supporting all recruitment related initiatives tied to business growth, including but not limited to, store refits, new store openings and/or organizational restructuring
- Supporting the effective Project Management of all recruitment related initiatives
- Working cross-functionally across all HR functions as appropriate to support the over HR strategy
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident at quickly adapting to change
