Sr Manager Talent Acquisition Business Partner

SUMMARY/PURPOSE
This Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner will provide a hands-on approach and strategic approach to growing and evolving best practices throughout the organization to acquire best fit, top talent. The ideal candidate will develop branding and social media presence, implement and optimize current and incoming ATS, and continue to source and develop talent.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- In partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition, build out the function to achieve the company's recruiting priorities and drive a high level of performance
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of recruiting and related TA performance, regularly communicating activity and results to managers and Executive leaders as needed
- Act as a proactive advisor and trainer to all hiring managers, ensuring that best practices for identifying, sourcing, interviewing, recruiting, and hiring of the best qualified candidates are achieved for all open positions
- Develop and nurture effective working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the organization, understanding needs and providing consultation on talent acquisition strategies
- Responsible for the management of the recruitment life cycle process from sourcing strategy through final selection of candidates, working as a liaison between hiring managers, HR team, agencies, search firms, and candidates
- Evolve and manage the employer brand to assure the attraction of best fit candidates.
- Identify, implement and manage pre-employment assessments to assist with filtering and identification to achieve best in class talent and teams.
- Develop strong vendor relationships with ATS and other technology providers
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with staffing agencies and contingent firms
- Manage best in class practices around executive recruiting both personally and/or through exec search firms
- Monitor and drive active projects to ensure they remain on track to achieve the desired measurable business outcomes.
- Leverage social media recruitment efforts in collaboration with 99’s Marketing team to effectively and efficiently brand 99 careers over multi-platform efforts
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of relevant work experience in HR/Recruiting
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience is highly desired
- Advanced working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, Social media platforms
